Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition and packaging
• Returned within the specified return period

 We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved:

• The refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping cost (and any applicable return handling costs).
• The remaining amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

 Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

• Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be refused or returned to the sender.
• Braventa Europe reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or damage.
