If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return.

Return Conditions

·       Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

·       Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

·       Tags and packaging must be included

How to Request a Return

1.     Email us at braventaeurope@gmail.com or WhatsApp us

2.     Include your order number and reason for return

3.     We will send return instructions

Refunds

·       Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

·       Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Return shipping cost: €4.95 (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
