BRAVENTA Europe sells premium men’s shirts. We strive to display all fabrics, colors, and product details accurately, but variations may occur due to device screens. Products, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after successful payment processing. We may cancel or refuse orders due to availability, suspected fraud, or errors.

All purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and may change at any time. Prices exclude shipping, customs fees, and import taxes unless stated otherwise.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events. Risk of loss transfers to you once your order is handed to the carrier.

Returns are accepted according to our Return & Refund Policy. Shirts must be unworn, unwashed and still with tags attached.

All logos, images, product designs, and branding elements belong to BRAVENTA Europe. You may not copy or reproduce any content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, tools, or their privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, BRAVENTA Europe is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits, lost data, or lost revenue
• Errors or inaccuracies on the website

 Your sole remedy is to stop using the website.
